Technical troubleshooting: You are a problem solver and support our customers with technical difficulties and challenges. You analyse and solve problems efficiently with a primary focus on customer satisfaction
Compatibility tests: Through extensive compatibility tests, you ensure the smooth interoperability of our products with the various systems and applications of our customers
Customer consulting: With your expertise, you will provide our customers with professional and reliable advice on the wide range of possible applications and technical specifications of our products
Product selection and launch: You will ensure that our portfolio grows in line with current market requirements

Whether you have a degree or training in a technical field or are starting out as a career changer with the relevant expertise, you are very welcome to join us
Are you an expert in optical network technology and have a passion for fibre optics and transceivers? That's great!
You have mastered the art of communication and can explain technical details clearly
Even in stressful times, you keep an overview and keep a cool head
You are able to express yourself excellently in both German (B2) and English (B2)
