What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily activities for production technicians, ensuring smooth workflow and clear communication.
• Organize and schedule technician shifts, meetings, and interviews.
• Act as the first point of contact for production-related inquiries, delays, or unforeseen issues.
• Support onboarding activities for new production team members.
• Collaborate with HR, Production Managers, and Team Leads to ensure timely communication and problem-solving.
• Help with basic documentation, reporting, and internal coordination tasks.

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication skills in German, English, and Ukrainian.
• Previous experience in administrative, coordination, or production support roles is a plus.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities—you know how to keep things running even under pressure.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
