Responsibilities:

• Carrying out sampling/commissioning as well as optimization of new tools and production equipment within the APQP process
• Developing and optimizing injection‑molding parameters (silicone and multi‑component parts) from initial sample phase to series production readiness
• Implementing and monitoring quality characteristics during the production/sampling process (product and manufacturing quality)
• Contributing to the definition of technical boundary conditions (product/tooling/process quality) for new customer projects from the quotation phase to series maturity
• Preparing specifications and coordinating, supervising, and managing suppliers and service providers
• Creating technical specifications (e.g., work instructions) and conducting training in the areas of injection molding, process technology, and tooling technology for silicone and multi‑component injection molding
• Developing measures to optimize existing production concepts with the aim of economic and qualitative improvement, as well as supporting CIP projects
• Supporting maintenance activities (tools, peripherals, etc.) in silicone and multi‑component injection molding
