- Monitor equipment performance during production and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including parameter fine-tuning, mechanical adjustments, and part replacement, to minimize downtime.
- Provide hands-on technical support to production teams during equipment-related issues.
- Document and track equipment problems and support corrective actions.
- Communicate equipment issues to engineers and actively contribute to root cause analysis and performance improvements.
- Proactively collaborate with engineers on equipment adjustments, trials, and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support pilot runs and assist in the introduction of new or adapted manufacturing processes into serial production.
- Support equipment and infrastructure readiness for new product introductions.
- Maintain part numbers and update work instructions related to equipment and process changes.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance plans.
