You operate winding machines to produce high-performance composite structures. You ensure:

• parts meet exact specifications
• processes are stable and repeatable
• quality remains consistent

• Operate winding machines and control process parameters
• Prepare and execute production steps (e.g. layup, curing prep)
• Ensure no defective or unverified parts move forward
• Maintain stable machine operation
• Follow defined processes and standards
• Maintain clean and structured workspace
• Document process steps
