Production Technician (m/f/x)

We are looking for a hands-on Production Technician (m/f/x) to join us on our mission to manufacture composite components that are not only high-performance but also truly sustainable. • Operate different stations of our robotic production line to manufacture composite components at our Hamburg facility.
• Follow and improve our manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output across customer projects.
• Perform visual checks and quality control tasks to make sure each part meets our standards.
• Support setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of production equipment as part of daily routines.
• Work closely with engineers and automation experts to ensure the line runs smoothly and reliably.
• Suggest improvements when you see ways to make production safer, faster, or more efficient.
• Use modern tools in a clean, high-tech workspace built for automation and scale.
• Handle our robotic and other automated systems to create next generation composite parts.

• You have completed a vocational training program in manufacturing, process technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
• You enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things carefully and consistently.
• You’re reliable, proactive, and like working in a structured, step-by-step way.
• You’re curious about automation and enjoy working with modern production technologies, PLCs and robotics aren’t unfamiliar terms to you.
• You’re a team player and enjoy working together to make things better, one process at a time.
• You have a self-driven work attitude and the stamina to see things through.
• You feel comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment.
• PLUS: You’ve worked with composites, wood, or similar material systems before.
• PLUS: You’ve completed additional technical training (e.g. as a technician or master craftsperson).
