Arbeitsbeschreibung - Produktmanager (m/w/d)

You work on interdisciplinary projects and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success and growth through your experience by supporting us in new sales initiatives.
You acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and guide them from the first contact to a successful contract conclusion.
You define the objectives for R&D regarding product developments based on yeast cell walls.
You optimize sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
You ensure the successful market introduction of new products.

You have a degree in food technology, biotechnology, animal nutrition, or a related field. A background as a nutritionist is also a plus.
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the field of yeast cell walls, β-glucans, and mannans – experience with yeast, aquaculture, or pet food is a strong advantage.
You demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
You speak fluent English; German skills are a plus.
