Produktmanager Non-Food (m/w/d)

• Responsibility for the development and expansion of the product range in the non-food sector (textiles, fashion, gear, accessories)
• Coordination of the product development process in collaboration with our team and external contacts
• Ensuring a smooth process, from brainstorming to market launch, while observing quality standards and schedules
• Responsibility for the execution, procurement and follow-up of deliveries and production sites for the designs
• Selection and evaluation of new production partners and suppliers, taking into account quality, costs and sustainability aspects
• Maintenance and development of supplier relationships to ensure product quality and availability
• Continuous market and trend research to develop innovative ideas in the non-food sector

Education:

• Completed training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, or a successfully completed business degree.

Experience:

• Several years of professional experience with industry knowledge in the field of non-food product management, e.g. textiles/fashion/lifestyle/gear/accessories.
• Experience in the development of products and management of projects in the field of non-food and sustainability.

Skills:

• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken German and English

Soft skills:

• Strong communication and team skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices in the fashion industry
