The Evangelical High Church Council manages the administration of the regional church. It advises parishes, church districts and church institutions on theological and legal issues. The supervision of the administration of the church districts and parishes as well as of the regional church organizations and institutions lies with the Oberkirchenrat, as does the supervision of the employees of the regional church.

We are looking for a programmer (m/f/d) for the document management system (DMS) in Unit 7.4 "Information Technology Regional Church and Upper Church Council" at the earliest possible date with a scope of employment of 100%.

Your tasks:

• Recording customer requirements and designing possible solutions
• Customization of existing software systems through programming and scripting
• Programming of new special applications incl. documentation
• Configuration of server and software systems
• Third-level support for the supported software systems

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or administrative sciences with a focus on computer science or similar subject area or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the programming of applications
• Experience in agile software development
• Very good knowledge of the programming languages C#, Java and VisualBasic
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications
• Good communication skills and good German language skills
• we generally expect membership of a member church of the Evangelical Church in Germany
