During this project, you will support the client with various pre- and post-transaction topics. This includes activities such as research and valuation of possible targets and process standardization tasks, as well as tasks like process optimization analyses and integration projects. During this workstream, you will work directly with the CEO of the company and can directly contribute to existing PE projects, as well as in the initiation of new projects.
The consultant should have experience in the PE industry, and a structured and independent working style is necessary, as well as reliability in communication. Additionally, a willingness to learn about the client's industry is crucial for the success of the project.
