As a Project Controlling & Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project finances, monitoring project progress, and managing contracts from initiation to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis


• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards


• Lead contract management activities, including contract negotiation, review, and administration


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies


• Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators


• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements


• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders


• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field


• Proven experience in project controlling and contract management


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong negotiation and communication abilities


• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry
