Arbeitsbeschreibung - PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER (f/m/d)

Be part of our dynamic Project Management Team, reporting to the Head of Project Management. At 360T, excellence, teamwork, innovation, ownership, and accountability are at the core of everything we do. As a Project Delivery Manager at 360T, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects within the FX industry.

Your primary focus will be on project delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT development, system vendors, operations, and client services, to drive projects from initiation to completion, while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the Project Portfolio by ensuring alignment with customer expectations, organizational goals, and project objectives
  • Analyze customer business needs through interviews, document review, workshops, and process descriptions to identify potential for automatisation
  • Translate business requirements into development tasks using standard templates and clear language, facilitating effective communication among multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate the project planning and execution by aligning requirements, prioritizing tasks, and synchronizing the development pipeline with customers, product managers, IT, and stakeholders
  • Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Define and document testing needs to ensure comprehensive quality assurance
  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to sales teams, including pre-sales assistance, training staff and facilitating knowledge transfer to client support teams
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the financial industry, particularly in foreign exchange (FX) and OTC trading as well as treasury processes is a must
  • Proven experience in management of a project portfolio with a wide range of projects at the same time, particularly in delivering technology projects within the financial sector
  • Demonstrated leadership / ownership abilities to motivate and manage project teams, foster collaboration, and drive project delivery excellence
  • Robust knowledge of messaging technologies and product integration; FIX, REST, XML, SOAP should be familiar
  • First experience working in or with financial institutions, investment banks, or trading firms is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FX trading platform development and project management
