Assume the role of Project Leader overseeing Manufacturing Engineering projects specifically related to Aircraft manufacturing, within a dynamic aerospace industry.
Manage and coordinate project execution, encompassing planning, coordination, and control.
Foster close collaboration with customers, ensuring effective communication of project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams and sales to prepare quotations and calculations for customers.
Handle resource planning and quality management to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and track project phases, including reporting on a weekly basis.
Manage complaints, implement risk management strategies, and lead project meetings.

Hold a successfully completed technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Possess relevant professional experience in project leadership or project management (Minimum 4 years' experience).
Demonstrate initial leadership experience with teams.
Proficient in CAD tools such as Catia V5.
Exhibit excellent written and spoken proficiency in English (C1 level).
German being a plus.
Work in an independent, structured, and result-oriented manner, with strong communication skills.
