As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll empower hospitals and care facilities with intelligent software that improves patient outcomes and simplifies clinical workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead software implementation projects in healthcare settings
• Advise hospitals on using our care documentation tools effectively
• Conduct engaging training sessions (remote and on-site)
• Support clients through go-live and beyond
• Customize the software to clinic-specific needs
• Help shape internal rollout processes and project documentation
• Be part of trade fairs and client demos from time to time
• Collaborate closely with support to resolve client requests

What We’re Looking For

• Clinical or nursing background – you know hospital routines inside out
• Experience with care documentation (e.g. planning, medication, charts)
• Hands-on project involvement – from IT rollouts to process improvements
• Confident communicator with training and presentation skills
• Strong IT affinity – MS Office is your daily toolkit
• Fluency in German (C1+) – essential for client contact
• Self-driven, structured, and reliable in your daily work
