• Actively lead complex customer implementation projects with cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Present the implementation strategy to blue chip customers, demonstrating the credibility of our delivery organization and highlighting our ability to manage complex deliveries.
• Engage directly with blue chip customers to design and develop a customized implementation plan that meets their specific needs and requirements.
• Participate in project governance meetings, providing high-level quality and risk control and developing effective mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Integrate and manage a range of internal and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We would like to hear from you if you: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, urban planning, sustainability, engineering, management consulting, professional servies, software engineering, construction management, or a related field 
• Excellent digital literacy, with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions at high level C-level executives and in depth with technical teams. 
• 3+ years of experience in project management in technology, construction, consulting or real estate industry 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively 
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control 
• Knowledge of project management software and tools 
• Experience in managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders 
• Ability to communicate in a business setting in English is a must. 
• Ability to speak fluently in other languages is a bonus. 
• Are a self-starter with hands-on mentality, feel comfortable with multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment  
• Have Project Management certification (SCRUM, PMP, etc.) as a plus 
• Ability to travel to customers, as needed
