From initial client contact through concept development, budgeting, presentation, and project execution, you will lead communications and negotiations while supporting internal teams across disciplines with your creativity and proven industry expertise.
You bring strong business acumen and are confident and proficient in technical discussions with clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all phases of project management from conception, planning, execution to completion.
- Coordinate and control project planning and execution, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control.
- Manage client communications from initial contact through project realization, including negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Lead large project teams across various disciplines, providing strategic direction and support.
- Participate in tender processes including design, submission, and review.
- Negotiate and award supplier and subcontractor contracts.
- Monitor project progress, conduct reviews, and generate detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with ethics, HSE, QAQC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Project Coordination, Crew Management, Procurement, and others.
- Initiate and secure growth opportunities and new projects.
