Project Scheduler/Planning Engineer (m/w/d)

We are an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) service provider headquartered in Malaysia.

We are currently working in Dresden on an exciting semiconductor project for a world-leading customer. Our scope of work includes specialized services in cleanroom architecture, as well as mechanical and electrical services.

• Work closely with owner, design team and project manager to develop a workable schedule and develop the right critical path for the project.
• Work in collaboration with project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
• Being able to understand procurement and resources and able to integrate into schedule.
• Preparation of project progress report and analysis of actual versus plan.
• Recommendation of remedial action for any significant deviation.
• Periodically updating schedules to include scope changes, latest progress and delivery information.
• Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, status and perform measurement baseline.
• Liaison with relevant parties that includes client, consultant and other third parties when necessary.
• Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the workplace and project site.
• Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned

• At least 3 years in scheduling for construction works
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
• Experience in cleanroom environment is a plus
• Excellent planning and monitoring skills
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Willing to travel outstation and oversea as and when required
