Arbeitsbeschreibung - Projektassistenz (w/m/d) Hotel - Berlin

To support the development of new hotel projects, we are looking for a Project Assistant (f/m/d) for our team in Berlin.

Foremost Hospitality

Interface between internal project developers and external service providers
Support with the ordering and coordination of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment)
Support with the assigement of contractors
Coordination of service providers and supplies during hotel opening periods
Deadline monitoring
Obtaining offers
Independent handling of smaller projects
Supporting the office management at the Berlin location

Commercial or hotel education
First professional experience in the hotel industry or as an assistant
Project management experience is an advantage
Very good command of German and English
At least good MS Office skills
High organizational skills
Structured and results-oriented way of working
