Role description:

We are looking for experienced project management experts to join our project management team in Darmstadt or Frankfurt region working on a range of forward-looking projects focusing on Hightech and Data Center projects. The position is part of our global Places business. Together with our clients worldwide, we create, promote, and optimize intelligent, secure, and sustainable places where people live, work, learn, and thrive. Places impact people's quality of life - whether it's homes, businesses, workplaces, schools, hospitals, companies, research and development facilities, or data and distribution centers. People and communities flourish when their living, working, recreational, and play spaces are designed and operated to best meet their needs.

Role accountabilities:

• Primary point of contact for our clients in the Darmstadt, and Frankfurt area


• Management of exciting and highly complex Hightech and Data Center construction projects through a structured, experienced, and independent work approach


• Accountability for cost, schedule, and quality compliance


• Professional use of soft skills in client management and meaningful application of hard skills in using relevant software


• Facilitating and coordinating solution-oriented collaboration with users, planners, and executing companies


• Supporting colleagues at other locations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or equivalent qualification


• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and substantial experience as a project-leading architect or construction engineer


• Solid experience with complex national and international industrial construction projects, preferably in Hightech, Data Center, Semiconductor sectors


• Good knowledge of MS Project and other office applications


• Diplomatic skills and professional demeanor


• Goal-oriented work approach, independence, teamwork, and communication skills


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
