Arbeitsbeschreibung - Property Manager Commercial (m/w/d)

Responsibility for commercial property operations in accordance with legal requirements for
primarily commercial properties in Berlin
Property management with the ixHaus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
Controlling, monitoring and coordinating external service providers
Managing core data, property controlling, budget planning and budget tracking
Regular property inspections with initiation of necessary measures
Supporting the expansion of property management in the Berlin area
Co-operation with the letting department

Completed property-specific training or studies
Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties
Knowledge of building technology and construction issues is an advantage
Experience with ix-Haus desirable
Strong, confident communication skills
Good commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation
Team orientated and enthusiastic personality
