Arbeitsbeschreibung - Property Manager Residential (m/w/d)

Autonomous responsibility for the commercial and technical operation of diverse portfolios
Monitoring and implementation of legal requirements, especially for residential properties in Berlin
Digital property management with the ixHaus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
Management, monitoring and coordination of external service providers
Master data maintenance, property controlling, budget creation and budget tracking
Regular property inspections with initiation of necessary measures
Close cooperation with the letting department

Completed property-specific training or studies
Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties
Knowledge of building technology and construction issues is an advantage
Experience with ix-Haus desirable
Strong, confident communication skills
Good commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation
Team orientated and enthusiastic personality
