Psychological Expert (m/f/d) - Freelancer (Talent Pool)

• As a freelancer at Likeminded, your responsibility will be hosting 45-minute Individual Sessions with our users.
• We believe in the power of early intervention and holistic approaches to mental well-being.
• Through proactive guidance, education, and support, you will help individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and prevent the escalation of mental health challenges.
• As a mental health professional, we trust your expertise and professionalism, which allows you to guide and support individuals on their mental health journey, making a tangible difference in their lives.

• You have successfully completed your degree in psychology (M. Sc. or Diploma), ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and/or work and organizational psychology
• You have at least 3 years of experience in working with different clients and different concerns, preferably also in an online setting OR you are in training to become a licensed psychotherapist
• You are characterized by a high degree of empathy and have experience in supporting and advancing people in difficult situations
• You share the conviction that people with the right support and the necessary psychological knowledge have the potential to achieve their personal mental well-being and share our passion to show people exactly this potential
• Not a must, but a plus: You have an additional qualification such as a coaching training, a license to practice as a psychological psychotherapist and/or psychiatrist
• Definitely a plus: You can offer your services not only in English, but also in one or more other language(s) apart from German
