QC Manager Microbiology (all genders) 

As a QC Product Manager (m/f/d), you will serve as the key contact for quality control of assigned products, bringing your technical expertise to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of supply targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing QC processes in the microbiological laboratory and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is part of the Quality Control team and offers you the opportunity to contribute and grow your skills in a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for QC processes in the microbiological laboratory to perform cGMP-compliant release and stability testing for assigned products


• You will drive the continuous development of QC processes and improvement of operational excellence, including analysis and evaluation of relevant KPIs


• You will implement internal and external policies, procedures, and specifications, including training of personnel


• Life cycle management of microbiological test methods, analytical equipment, and raw data documentation will be part of your role


• You will support the preparation and maintenance of internal product documentation and global regulatory dossiers


• You will represent the area competently as SME during inspections and audits


• You will be responsible for operational laboratory management, including HSE topics


• You will support the Head of Qiuality Control in release decisions (in Germany: according to §14 AMWHV)

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a university degree in Microbiology, or similar 


• You have several years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment and proven experience in cross-functional projects


• You possess profound knowledge of international regulatory requirements, cGMP, and pharmaceutical standards


• You have in-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical methods


• You foster a trustful environment with open communication and effective teamwork


• You demonstrate high self-awareness, outer awareness, and system awareness and a strong focus on innovation


• You stand out with a high degree of commitment and engagement


• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills are part of your skillset


• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, round off your profile

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.
