Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quadient Inspire Lead to drive customer communication management (CCM) initiatives for our client, E.ON. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Quadient Inspire, strong leadership capabilities, and fluency in German to effectively collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders and teams.

This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of communication solutions using Quadient Inspire, while working closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Quadient Inspire solutions for enterprise-level CCM projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop templates, workflows, and output formats using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Automation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and localization standards, especially for German-speaking markets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication in German when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC Inspire) including Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Automation.
Proven experience in leading CCM projects and managing small to mid-sized teams.
Strong understanding of document composition, print stream processing, and omnichannel delivery.
Proficiency in German (B2 level or above) – both written and verbal.
Experience working with European clients, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Quadient Inspire certification.
Experience with cloud-based deployments or migration projects.
Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, XML, JSON).
Prior experience working with E.ON or similar energy sector clients is a plus.
