YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Manager Quality, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of the pharmaceutical products. You are not only responsible for managing the Quality department but also for the continuous improvement of the quality systems within H.Essers. In this role you function as a contact point to government agencies, in order to guarantee good quality to our customers.

What this means specifically:

• Support and coach/manage the Quality team

• Ensure compliance with EU GMP/GDP/ISO9001 regulations and other relevant standards

• Oversee the quality processes for a site with a MIA for physical importation

• Manage quality assurance processes, including validation, deviation management, and change control, external supplier management, customer qualification

• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems

• Provide expert guidance on quality-related matters to internal and external stakeholders

• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring that all needed licenses and certificates are acquired, and findings are addressed promptly and effectively

• Maintain the security standard for air freight and customs

YOUR TALENTS

• You hold a university degree in a scientific discipline

• You have at least five years of experience within Healthcare

• Ideally, you can look back on a successful experience in a strong managerial role within a Quality department

• Thorough knowledge of either GMP/GDP/ISO9001and other relevant regulations is a must-have

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• The ability to work independently and make decisions is very important

• Experience with importation processes and managing distribution sites with MIA for physical importation is an asset

• Experience in working with regulatory/government agencies on industry specific regulations, licensing, and audits is a plus

• Finally, you communicate fluently in both English and German
