Job Description:

Our plant in Neckarbischofsheim currently develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and quartz oscillators with around 125 employees. These products are used in telecommunications, test and measurement technology, medical technology, and radar systems.

As a Quality Technician, you will report to the Quality Manager and become part of the team. You will be responsible for supporting and further developing the quality management system, driving continuous process improvement, and performing product inspections.

In this role, you will work in a global team, collaborating with other business units and our customers, which will enable you to grow within the company and enhance your skills.

• Support and maintenance/administration of quality management systems and related documentation.
• Participation in internal audits of the quality management system in accordance with applicable standards.
• Responsibility for quality-related production processes.
• Interface to other functions within the organization.
• Support and execution of technical product failure analysis and preparation of customer FA reports.
• Participation in and maintenance of action plans, as well as management and development of related quality tools (CAQ).
• Preparation and maintenance of process-related documentation.
• Participation in the preparation and execution of inspection planning.
• Evaluation and analysis of quality-related production data to drive continuous process improvement.

Unser Werk in Neckarbischofsheim entwickelt und fertigt derzeit mit ca. 125 Mitarbeiter*innen Präzisionsquarze und Quarzoszillatoren, die in der Telekommunikation, der Prüf- und Messtechnik, der Medizintechnik und in Radarsystemen eingesetzt werden.

Als Qualitätstechniker berichten Sie an den Qualitätsmanager und werden ein Teil des Teams. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Unterstützung/Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems, der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und die Produktprüfung.

Durch diese Position arbeiten Sie in einem globalen Team, mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen und unseren Kunden, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, innerhalb des Unternehmens zu wachsen und Ihre Fähigkeiten zu verbessern.

Weitere Details zu den Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten in dieser Position

• Mitarbeit bei der Pflege/Verwaltung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und deren Dokumentation.
• Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung interner Audits des Qualitätsmanagementsystems gemäß geltender Norm.
• Verantwortung für die qualitätsrelevanten Produktionsprozesse.
• Schnittstelle zu anderen Funktionen innerhalb der Organisation.
• Unterstützung/Durchführung der technischen Produktfehleranalyse und Kunden-FA-Berichte.
• Mitarbeit und Pflege der Maßnahmenplanung und dazugehörige Qualitätstools (CAQ) verwalten und entwickeln.
• Erstellung und Pflege von prozessrelevanten Dokumentationen.
• Mitarbeit in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Prüfplanung.
• Auswertung und Analyse der qualitätsrelevanten Produktionsdaten für kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Successfully completed technical degree or technician training.
• Knowledge and experience in quality management systems based on various standards such as ISO 9001 are advantageous.
• Knowledge of quality and statistical tools (SPC).
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Preferably trained in quality system methods such as APQP, FMEA, 8D Method, Internal Auditing, Problem Solving, and MSA.

• Basic understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, interpersonal relationships, professional ethics, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

• Team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized, open-minded, and structured in approach.
• Basic statistical knowledge (risk assessment, data analysis).

Qualifikation und Erfahrung

• Mit Erfolg abgeschlossener Techniker.
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen basierend auf verschiedenen Standards wie ISO 9001 sind vorteilhaft.
• Kenntnisse über Qualitäts- und Statistiktools (SPC).
• Gute Kenntnisse in Excel, MS Office, eventuell Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen.
• Bevorzugt mit Schulungen zu Q-Systemen wie APQP, FMEA, 8D-Methode, Interner Auditor, Problemlösung, MSA Kompetenzen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Qualitätsphilosophien, Prinzipien, Methoden, Werkzeugen, Standards, Organisations- und Teamdynamik, zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen, Berufsethik sowie rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
