Arbeitsbeschreibung - Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to drive academic excellence and operational consistency across our global campuses. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with international standards, improving institutional effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.

  • Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of university-wide QA policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Oversee and maintain the Institutional Effectiveness Plan (IEP) and Campus Effectiveness Plan (CEP) in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct audits and performance assessments of academic programs, administrative services, and student outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty and staff across all four campuses to drive quality improvements and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze institutional data (student performance, retention, satisfaction, etc.) to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops on QA methodologies and standards.
  • Serve as a liaison to accrediting agencies and regulatory bodies, managing compliance documentation and submissions.
  • Stay up to date with global best practices in higher education quality assurance and recommend enhancements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; or any combination of equivalent education and experience approved by HR and the hiring manager 
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Institutional Effectiveness, or Academic Accreditation—preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality frameworks, KPIs, and academic auditing tools.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and international stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with accreditation processes (e.g., NECHE, EQAR, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • English: Professional fluency required (Native-level proficiency strongly preferred).
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is highly desirable, reflecting our multicultural environment.
