Arbeitsbeschreibung - Quality Assurance Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician (m/f/d) to join our team.

Product quality assurance via continual evaluation of production processes

Creation of process descriptions and assembly instructions

Inspections and measures to safeguard product quality

Identification and evaluation of errors, analysis of error potential

Assistance with outputting and analysing quality indicators

Implementation of suitable corrective action and safety precautions

Planning and implementation of incoming goods controls

Technical:

Qualified bicycle mechanic, bicycle assembly technician or training in another technical trade

Several years of experience working in a bicycle repair shop/in bicycle service/the bicycle industry

Very good technical understanding of products and processing

Knowledge of technical inspection methods, technical statistics, SPC experience is desirable

A good command of English and German

Knowledge of MS Office

Experience in quality assurance and production is an advantage

Personal:

Process-oriented approach to work

Independent, reliable and conscientious

Team player, resilient

Flexible and dedicated, willing to work shifts

Willing to undertake further training
