Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the quality of two HDG lines and one inspection line at TAGAL (Dalian) with a production capacity of more than 800,000 t/year

• You will be in charge to guide and supervise the production quality of the plants in Chongqing and Guangzhou and you will lead both companies to the given target of reaching automobile HDG quality

• You will lead and supervise the continuous implementation and improvement of the quality standards and support regularly to improve the related structures

• You will manage and control the Quality Department in close relationship with Production, Maintenance and Technical Service Department at TAGAL

• You will focus on the quality of the HDG products under the guidance of company’s business and production strategy and quality targets in a safe working environment. This specially includes the assistance for all HSE related aspects of the Quality Department

• You will be responsible to ensure a high class automobile HDG Product Quality at low downgrade and rework rate and has the responsibility to assist Production and especially the Technical Service Department in case of customer claims

• You will suggest and ensure the implementation of countermeasures in case of quality complaints and will assist in controlling the Quality and Laboratory expenses

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Materials, Steel Rolling or related fields

• Experience in at least 5-year leadership and management experience of quality department of a HDG Line

• Deep Knowledge of European and Japanese customers, especially for GA Production

• Knowledge of Hot forming and HSS Steels is required. Knowledge of ZnMg Production, accident prevention and work safety measures as well as the related environmental protection especially for the laboratory is of essential need

• Excellent target orientated leadership capabilities in respect of organizing and coordinating, communicating, analyzing and problem-solving are required

• Proficient in office software (experience in SAP is an advantage)

• You can communicate fluently in English
