Radio Optimisation Engineer

Our client, a leading global ICT company, is recruiting a Radio Optimisation Engineer to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities: 

• RF site planning & design, RF optimization,
  

• 2G/3G/4G/5G Drive test Log analysis using ROMES/TEMS/NQDI
  

• Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning, traffic performance analysis and monitoring and troubleshooting activities
  

• Identify and mitigate major technical risks in project delivery, develop and optimize wireless network solutions.
  

• Take charge of technical support and critical issue handling for key projects of top-quality networks and user experience, and take responsibility of technical management role of network planning and optimization
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of LTE&NR architecture & protocols
  

• Experience with Huawei is a big plus and especially benchmarking project is a big plus 
  

• Experience with 5G is a big plus
  

• Fluent English, Chinese speaking is a big plus
