R&D Engineer (m/f/d)

As a SaaS solution, we make energy consumption transparent and visualise it on our energy data platform. This way we reduce CO2 emissions and increase resource efficiency for our customers!

That's why we're looking for a dedicated R&D Engineer (m/f/d) in Berlin.

You are the bridge between Energy Analytics and Software Development ensuring Rollouts and Energy Management products run smoothly to evaluate the Energy savings. Does this sound exciting to you?

• You connect new building to our energy management system, create an evaluation structure for our individual buildings/ portfolios and track all existing buildings
• You own our Software support and help customers as first layer with problems in production
• You create and design energy reports/ visualizations in close collaboration with our customers to analyse weak points and identify further saving potentials
• You enhance the user experience together with the team and include the findings into product functionalities
• You orient the R&D Team to priorise the next development & support the Engineering Team by fixing minor problems

• You gained extensive experience (2+ years) in software development in Scale-Ups
• You are an expert in thermodynamics or energy systems/management
• You possess an analytical mind with problem-solving attitude, work organised and independently
• You get hyper-knowledgeable in your field to provide innovative solutions to the business
• You are fluent in spoken and written English (B2)

You have in-depth knowledge of our tech stack:  

• Python
• AWS (Cloud Infrastructure)
• Parallel Computing
• Agile Development
