WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed Master’s degree in real estate management or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration with additional real estate qualifications


• at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in corporate or commercial real estate, asset management, transactions, or capital projects in an international environment


• strong expertise in real estate transactions, portfolio management, property valuation, financial analysis, lease administration, contract negotiations, and project management


• fluent German and English skills, additional european languages are a plus, combined with solid experience in sap (e.g. sap re-fx, sap fi/co) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint


• strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, paired with excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented as well as structured working style
