Receptionist (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a German-speaking receptionist (d/f/m).

The tasks
    •    Manage visitor reception and ensure a welcoming environment.
    •    Handle incoming mail and process invoices efficiently.
    •    Manage phone communications and administrative tasks.
    •    Provide comprehensive support to the team with a focus on service orientation.
    •    Organize and plan events and parties with enthusiasm.

About you
    •    You have a commercial education and initial experience in reception or event management.
    •    You possess strong organizational skills and enjoy planning events.
    •    You have good English language skills (level B2)
    •    You are reliable, flexible, and quick in your tasks.
    •    You are a dynamic team player with a confident and friendly demeanor.
