Their goal: to become the global market leader in their field within the next 5–10 years.
To achieve this, they need you – a hungry, ambitious Recruiter who finds, convinces, and retains top talent across Sales, Marketing, Tech, and niche roles. You will own the entire recruiting funnel, from active sourcing and first interviews to final hiring.
Active sourcing & scouting across all key areas.
Build and maintain a long-term talent pipeline.
Lead first interviews and challenge candidates.
Position the company as a top employer for A-players.
Ensure every hire increases revenue per employee.
Convince passive candidates to join.
Manage the full recruiting funnel, from first contact to signed contract.
Must-haves
Hunger & ambition – you want to build something big, not just “do a job.”
Experience in recruiting or active sourcing.
Willingness to quickly pick up Marketing & CRO basics to effectively challenge candidates.
Long-term thinking and ability to see second-order consequences.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills – you win over even passive talent.
Extreme self-initiative – you don’t wait for tasks.
Ability to give and take honest, direct feedback.
Nice-to-haves
Experience founding or being self-employed (even if it failed).
Built your own side projects.
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio).
Startup/scale-up or e-commerce experience.
