The project is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by a consortium consisting of Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. (Help) and Veterinarians without Borders Germany (VSF Germany) together with national implementing partners in the three countries.
As reporting and donor communication are coordinated through the German consortium partners, the Regional Consortium Coordinator serves as the central coordination link between the three country teams and the headquarters of Help and VSF Germany.
