About the position

You’re commercially driven, people-oriented, and highly organised. You know how to lead teams, manage priorities, and keep momentum high in a dynamic environment. You’re confident working with KPIs, budgets, and sales targets, but you also understand that great service and strong relationships are what drive long-term success. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and know how to turn opportunities into growth.

What you'll do

  • Own the commercial performance of multiple Mindspace locations across the region, with accountability for revenue growth, occupancy, retention, and profitability
  • Lead regional sales performance, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and forecasting while supporting complex deals and new location launches
  • Track KPIs, budgets, and overall business performance, identifying opportunities to improve EBITDA and long-term revenue quality
  • Lead and develop Community and Sales leadership teams, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring exceptional member experience across all locations
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistently high hospitality standards across the region
  • Partner closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with company goals, growth strategy, and best practices
  • Build Mindspace’s presence in the local market through partnerships, networking, business development, and strategic initiatives
  • Support regional growth and expansion plans in collaboration with Real Estate, Design, and Operations teams
  • Act as the key link between local teams and global leadership, bringing market insights, trends, and opportunities into the business across all locations

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in management, sales leadership, or business development
  • Proven track record of full P&L ownership and profitable growth in competitive, mature markets.
  • Strong commercial leadership experience in sales-driven service environments.
  • Experience managing multi-location teams.
  • Strong financial discipline, forecasting capabilities, and high-performance management experience.
  • Senior Leadership-level presence and ability to contribute to company-wide strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the Munich flexible workspace market - a strong advantage.
