To strengthen our motivated Sales Team in Central Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales & Business Development Manager Central Europe (m/w/d) who is seeking for the next level in career development.

Your Role:

 

Regional Sales Growth

  • You are responsible for selling packaging products (Leaflets, Folding Boxes and Labels) by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospect customers and generate new business lead through regional prospecting and targeting of new customers
  • You drive revenue growth within existing customer portfolio in line with performance measures/ KPIs and identification of new opportunities to deliver both - revenue and profitability growth
  • You manage the entire sales process from enquiry through qualification to order completion as well as effective customer relationship management 

 

Sales Planning and Customer Development

  • You are responsible for the implementation of a prospect plan and effective customer preparation to deliver the growth plan with existing customers
  • You manage price requests and commercial positioning within the region
  • You focus on an effective internal and external communication and attend in the Regional Sales events

 

Sales Performance Management

  • You manage the entire customer performance review which is measured in revenue and profit
  • You design action plans to address underperforming customers and utilize information systems to deliver insight to portfolio


 

Your Profile:

 

  • You have already gained market relevant expertise or min. 5 years of experience in Sales roles such as Key Account Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical packaging industry
  • You have market and technical knowledge in pharmaceutical secondary packaging
  • Your own experience in pharma market requirements
  • You are a strategic seller and strategic thinker with focus on innovation and value-added sales
  • You are a strong communicator (written and verbal) with a high level of analytical skills
  • You ideally combine strategic and operational skills and value the importance of strong networks - internally and externally
  • You are a team player and enjoy challenges to succeed 
  • You are willing to constant travel (~40%)
