Arbeitsbeschreibung - Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d)

  • Accountability for the coordination and execution of global sales activities, with a particular focus on the Eastern European market and Germany
  • Providing consultancy on modular standard solutions consisting of both software and hardware for production-related quality assurance using X-ray technology, specifically through digital radiography and CT systems
  • Management of sales projects in close collaboration with internal technical departments
  • Analyzing market trends, formulating effective strategies, pursuing ambitious sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the region, and converting these into actionable plans, with regular reporting
  • Expanding and implementing a sales strategy for the target region, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and directives
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of sales activities in the target region.
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust network of sales partners in the region
  • Defining clear objectives and sales targets for sales partners, with ongoing performance monitoring
  • Overseeing and optimizing sales performance, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and productivity in the region
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, while supporting and developing the internal team
  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or a vocational qualification with several years of professional experience
  • More than 2-5 years of experience in sales of capital goods, preferably in the field of non-destructive testing or metrology
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
  • Experience in managing sales partners and the ability to motivate and inspire them in alignment with our company values
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, methods, and best practices.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and sales tools
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong business acumen.
  • Understanding of market dynamics is desirable
  • Result-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes
  • High social competence, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional abilities to organize and structure sales projects and manage them through effective interface management
