Release & Requirements Manager (all genders)

Our goal is to build the leading platform for all charging related services. Right now we already operate tenths of thousands of Elli/Volkswagen Group electric vehicle charging stations at customer’s homes and dealerships. In the upcoming years we want to become one of the leading providers for eco-friendly smart-home products and disrupt the energy market by leveraging the possibilities of Electromobility.We are looking for an experienced colleague, supporting the development team in creating charging infrastructure for the global market. You’ll be working in a fast-growing organization which is part of the Volkswagen Group with amazing individuals who are eager to learn but are also excited to share their knowledge. 

What you’ll do?
• You are part of a dynamic organization and support the build and further develop  the release and requirements management processes.
• You coordinate functional and technical requirements on system and module level in all relevant fields (HW, SW, MECH) as well as the interfaces to cloud, vehicle, infrastructure or mobile applications
• You will have direct contact with internal and external stakeholders 
• You actively support the departments responsible for norms and standards with subject-specific input
• You will organize the Change Control Board and Release Control Board

• You have a degree in a technical field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics or comparable qualification) and 3 to 5 years working experience
• You have in-depth knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Release Management
• You have experience in Systems Engineering
• You have knowledge of development processes, relevant requirements tooling (e.g. codebeamer, Doors, Jira, Polarion) and methods for safety-relevant applications
• You speak both German and English fluently

The position is assigned to grade H according to the Elli function grading.
