Academy Training Specialist Working Student

The Team:

At Celonis Academy, we strive for excellence in learning. You will be part of this Celonis Academy team, which empowers people to be successful with Celonis by delivering impactful learning experiences. We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop Celonis’ online and instructor-led training.

Specifically, you will support the Instructor-led Training Team, which is responsible for direct interactions with our stakeholders, both in strategically developing enablement journeys as well as delivering those through various approaches.

The Role:

As a Celonis Academy Training Specialist Intern/Working Student, you will support the Academy team in creating impactful learning experiences for our global customers and partners on their journey to becoming true Celonis experts. You will mainly support our operations, ensuring our internal processes run efficiently, and diligently track and report on our engagements. You will also work closely with our training specialists to assist in developing and revising our training material.

The work you’ll do:

• Handle the various steps of our pre- and post-training process, tracking, and reporting.


• Help coordinate on-site and virtual training sessions.


• Contribute to Celonis Academy projects, including creating training programs and technical setup.


• Maintain and update training material.


• Collaborate with the team to improve the training program based on feedback from our stakeholders.


• Gain hands-on experience in operational excellence and process optimization within a leading SaaS company.


• Develop strong project coordination and organizational skills in a dynamic, global environment.


• Learn about the end-to-end lifecycle of training program development and delivery, from strategy to execution.

The qualifications you need:

• Studies in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Communication, or a comparable degree program are preferred.


• Hands-on experience in creating and delivering workshops is preferred.


• A passion for learning and knowledge transfer, and a high interest in Information Systems and Data Analytics.


• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders.


• Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.


• Diligent and reliable working style with attention to detail.


• Search for a job to think outside the box and continuously broaden your knowledge while having a steep learning curve.


• Fluency in English.
