Arbeitsbeschreibung - Account Manager Distribution (m/w/d)

  • Management and development of Distributors in Germany
  • Recruitment of new Business Partners in collaboration with Distributors
  • Design, implementation and tracking of Marketing Plans together with the Marketing departments
  • Execution, monitoring and roll-out of the TP-Link sales strategy and value proposition
  • Development of a business & go-to-market strategy/plan to the assigned Distributors
  • Report on competitive trends and market changes/behaviours
  • Maintaining and management of stock-level, focal point for escalations
  • Participation on trade fairs and events
  • Regular reporting and presentations during on-site meetings and QBRs
  • Internal “Trusted Advisor” and close collaboration to all TP-Link channel sales teams
  • Several years of experience working in a sales/business development role with or at a Distributer in the ICT industry
  • Deep understanding of key business metrics and the Distribution sales model
  • Solid understanding of the networking solutions business and the transactional channel model 
  • Strong networking and teaming skills with internal and external audiences 
  • Very good negotiation and communication skills in English and German at different levels within an organization
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and a valid driving license
  • An independent role with own responsibilities in an innovative, and market-leading international company.
