Your mission

Think, design, and build. You will deeply understand business processes, break them down into agent-driven workflows, and architect scalable multi-agent systems that can adapt and grow. You’ll work closely with our AI Agent Builder to move from concept to working reality – fast.

Analyse & model processes across domains and translate them into agent architectures.
Design orchestration patterns and system structures that enable agents to collaborate.
Integrate APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms into a unified agent network.
Balance quick MVP delivery with long-term scalability.
Test, experiment, and adjust based on real-world performance.
Work in tight feedback loops with leadership and the Agent Builder.

Your profile

Strong backend or full-stack skills (Python, Node.js, TypeScript).
Ability to quickly understand and model new systems or processes.
Experience with APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures.
Curiosity and the drive to explore how agents can work together effectively.
Comfort with experimentation, iteration, and structured problem-solving.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
Cloud/DevOps experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Background in building modular, scalable systems.
