Alumni Manager (F/M/D)

As Alumni Manager, you will design and drive our approach to long-term alumni engagement. You’ll build the structures, communications, and touchpoints that help us stay meaningfully connected to founders and members beyond their active program phase.

• You design and manage formats for alumni engagement – from virtual communication channels to in-person meetings – to sustainably and long-term connect our alumni with the Campus Founders Community.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with the target audience, keep them informed, and thus create a sense of connection to the community.
• You track the milestones of startups and alumni, monitor progress, and research relevant, target-specific updates.
• You work closely with our content team to communicate success highlights.
• You maintain alumni data in our systems, enabling effective outreach, follow-up, and reporting.
• You prepare members for the transition to alumni status and support recommendations for future programs.
• You turn received feedback into future formats to shape and develop them further.

• You have completed relevant vocational training or a bachelor’s degree ideally in entrepreneurship, business, or communications.
• You complement your (academic) background with experience in startup ecosystems or innovation hubs.
• You have an understanding how founders grow, pivot, and stay connected over time.
• You enjoy paying attention to detail, bringing structure to dynamic and managing multiple alumni relationships and touchpoints without losing track.
• You are proactive and self-motivated, and you enjoy building new things from the ground up and are comfortable iterating as you go.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and ideally can communicate in German as well.
