Arbeitsbeschreibung - Area Manager

COCUNAT is looking for a new AREA MANAGER to join the team in Barcelona! Are you up for the challenge?Reporting to the Wholesale & Retail Director:
  • You will keep co-creating with us the Retail World in COCUNAT with passion, creativity and drive.
  • You will directly develop and train the whole retail team (Stores and Retail Operations) leading by example.
  • You will manage the day-to-day operations of 3 stores located in Barcelona (2) and Madrid (1); and help expanding nationally.
  • Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store to ensure targets are met.
  • Supervise and support store managers, providing guidance and coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards, health and safety regulations, and customer satisfaction are upheld.
  • Manage budgets and cost control to maximize profitability within the assigned area.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with company values and culture.
  • 3+ years of experience as Area Manager or Retail Manager
  • Previous experience in stores openings (own brand stores), nationally and internationally.
  • English and Spanish are a must. 
  • Solid management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of execution.
  • Proactive and curious – a very quick learner

  • Analytical acumen
  • Availability to travel nationally (60%)
