As an Assistant (m/f/d) Project Management, you will combine traditional assistant tasks with exciting activities in the field of eLearning.
  • Structured Work with an Overview: As an organizational talent, you keep a cool head even on more challenging days and structure your workday efficiently.
  • Working with the ERP System: You handle business processes in the ERP system and take responsibility for entering and maintaining master and transaction data.
  • Support in Project Controlling and Creation of Work Documents: You support the team in project controlling and create meaningful reports and presentations that provide a solid decision-making basis. At the same time, you prepare high-quality work documents that actively drive the team forward and ensure project success.
  • Support for the Technical Documentation Team: With your curiosity and affinity for new topics, you work closely with our Technical Documentation team and assist in managing the eLearning platform.
  • Organization of Short Courses: You organize exciting short courses using a webinar tool and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Completed Commercial Vocational Training: You have completed commercial training and bring solid knowledge in office organization.
  • Professional Experience in Assistance or Administrative Tasks: You have several years of experience in assistance or administrative tasks and are confident in handling organizational and administrative responsibilities.
  • Affinity for eLearning Topics: Ideally, you have an interest in eLearning topics and are motivated to develop further in this area.
  • Experience with MS Office: You are proficient in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and use it confidently in your daily work.
  • Excellent Language Skills: You speak very good German and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Individual Onboarding: Personal support during the onboarding phase for a successful start in your new job.
