In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategy for penetrating the automotive NVH market in Germany. Accountabilities

    • Develop localized sales targets, strategies, and budgets aligned with global objectives.
    • Monitor budget execution and dynamically adjust resources to meet sales KPIs.
    • Track and analyze sales data to propose data-driven improvements.
    • Manage the full contract lifecycle to ensure compliance with local regulations.
    • Establish a systematic CRM framework for client engagement.
    • Nurture long-term partnerships with top OEM clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery and post-sales support.
    • Translate customer feedback into insights for product optimization.

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of automotive components sales experience, with over 3 years in regional sales management focused on the German automotive market.
    • Deep expertise in OEM procurement processes and negotiation frameworks.
    • Experience as a Sales Manager at Tier 1 automotive suppliers preferred.
    • Solid understanding of automotive body systems and NVH technologies.
    • Proficiency in sales methodologies and product lifecycle management.
    • Exceptional skills in market development, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
    • Native-level fluency in German; fluent in English preferred.
