As a Backend Engineer, you'll be part of our BANCOS Banking Core team. You'll help develop core components of our banking solution and ensure we provide our customers with a high-quality, secure, and innovative product

• Programming languages: C/C++, Java, Go, 4gl
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab
• Monitoring & Logging: ELK Stack
• Linux-based systems

• 2-5 years of experience in backend development
• Experience with at least one of our core languages (C/C++, Java, or Go)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and Linux systems
• Ideally, some experience in the European banking or fintech sector
• Basic German language skills and fluent English
• Interest in modern development practices and clean code
