Job Title: Business Developer – Executive Education & Corporate Partnerships
Location: Alt-Moabit, Berlin (Hybrid work options available)
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary Range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience)
ICN Business School is a prestigious French Grande École headquartered in Nancy, France. We offer a range of Bachelor's and Master's programs in business and management across our campuses in Nancy, Paris, and Berlin. With over 3,000 students and a strong commitment to academic excellence and international outreach, we are building the next generation of business leaders.
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Developer to join our Berlin campus team. The focus of this role is to grow ICN's executive education services and strengthen corporate partnerships in Germany, with a special emphasis on the Berlin business landscape. You’ll work in close collaboration with colleagues in Nancy and Paris and play a key role in expanding our visibility and impact.
Drive the promotion and sales of ICN’s executive education, research partnerships, and corporate programs.
Build and manage a corporate contact portfolio and strengthen long-term relationships.
Conduct prospecting, needs analysis, and negotiations with private and public partners.
Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from first contact to post-delivery follow-up.
Represent ICN at trade fairs, networking events, and partner meetings in Germany.
Organize and support promotional events (e.g. open days, information sessions).
Maintain and grow presence on professional platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to our corporate offerings.
Collaborate with academic and operational teams to shape tailored executive programs.
Provide market feedback and contribute to strategic planning.
Actively contribute to the visibility of the ICN Berlin campus.
Identify cross-functional opportunities and connect with relevant internal stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or executive education.
Strong knowledge of the German and Berlin business ecosystem.
Confident communicator, skilled networker, and persuasive presenter.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in an international team.
