As our Senior Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, acquire key B2B customers, and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create the best integrated solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
✔️ Identify and acquire new B2B customers, nurturing strong relationships
✔️ Explore new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and product expansions
✔️ Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape sales strategies
✔️ Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless sales process
✔️ Represent tacterion at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

✔️ Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical consulting
✔️ Background in B2B technology sales (industry experience and networks are a plus)
✔️ Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
✔️ Ability to adapt to different industries and understand customer needs
✔️ Fluent in German & English
✔️ University degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is a plus
