Business Development Manager

Temu, the fastest-growing e-commerce platform in the world, is expanding strategically our local presence in Germany. We're actively looking for our core Business Development Manager to drive local E-Commerce merchant expansion and contribute to the commercial ecosystem in Germany.

职责

1. 支持与商品合作伙伴、制造商和品牌建立有效的本地合作关系，并遵循既定指导方针。重点在于实施品类选择，以提升业务和客户目标的整体价值。
2. 支持并指导指定的商品合作伙伴完成标准的平台入驻流程。向商品合作伙伴传达既定的计划和指导方针，包括市场定位、产品规划、品牌营销和运营策略。
3. 收集品类表现信息，并提供反馈和建议。根据项目计划，通过资源协调和商户指导，协助项目实施。
4. 撰写行业分析报告，以帮助识别潜在客户需求。根据市场趋势的指示，参与调整策略

所需技能

1. 5年以上运营经验，包括但不限于品牌管理或平台运营经验。
2. 与当地卖家和供应商建立广泛的联系和关系是一项优势。
3. 具备强大的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析行业趋势和项目管理，并总结结论。
4. 具备市场探索和营销创新能力，能够指导整体商家营销计划。
5. 优秀的解决问题能力、自我激励能力、战略思维能力和快速适应变化的能力。
6. 能够在压力下工作，并在需求高峰期管理物流。
